My Goals - Weekly Recap #7

Is it too early to start talking about what I want to accomplish? I don't think it ever is.
December came so quickly, it's literally Christmas next week. How?! But anyway, I've been thinking a lot lately about everything I have going on and the fact that I want to start setting myself goals. Like I've mentioned in previous posts I have a journal in attempts to become more organised. But alongside that I know I could do better and so I think making sure I have weekly goals (alongside my weekly recaps) will only benefit me.

Creative 

Creative means my blog and all things surrounding it, even the boring stuff like writing the labels and getting out tweets.

Anyway my creative goals are:

1. Post at least twice a week. I know it's possible.
2. Write up lists of the content I want to produce in upcoming weeks. This means up until New Years so I'll need at least 8 ideas with the plans done by this week.
3. Schedule all my tweets and Facebook posts. I'm terrible at this. It takes a lot longer than you would think and I just give up after a day or two scheduled.
4. Look for a new blog layout. I'm currently on the search for a perfect blog layout that really feels like me. If you know any good sites for templates don't hesitate to tell me!

Work 

1. In terms of uni, I still have a lot to do before I finish this semester, balancing uni work with everything else is hard but I know it's achievable. I've got better at getting stuff together don't get me wrong but I know ideally within the next week I want everything done so I have Christmas to focus on with my family and so I can also have time to revise for my exam coming up in January.

Personal

1. Get a handle on my spending. Now, because of Christmas, boxing day and travel costs this is going to be much harder to do than say. I see this more of a January goal as opposed to December but all these goals are long term so I have some time to achieve this.

2. Organise Christmas presents. It's next week and I still haven't got them all organised? I'm terrible. I know. Last year I killed Christmas with my gifts but this year my situation has changed and it's really frustrating so I'm hoping I'm able to salvage it with the time I have left.
